  • Implemented a reporting structure for Executive management and program oversight. Inclusive of leveraging CLARITY technology tool for project updates and financial monthly project forecasting
  • Developed and implemented a Benefit tracking and financial tracking mechanism to track cost, Risks & Issue management at the project execution level.
  • Implemented a document management framework- which controlled and capture meeting management items, while leveraging a repository built environment for presentation materials for the Executive Steering Committee all through technology, Microsoft SharePoint in our Document Repository Management System
  • Created an Analytics framework to provide comprehensive analysis, created metric based decisions, and actions for management reporting.
  • Resource planning and analysis, working closely with the Program Management team to create and adjust forecasting and staffing models to deliver the right people at the right time.
