Alteris is working with the client to bring industry best practices in the finance sector to drive efficiencies through Project Management while implementing Project Delivery Lifecycle Methodology that is delivered on time in scope and on budget

  • Alteris Project Management Framework integrated into client’s environment.
  • Implemented a reporting structure for Executive management and program oversight. Inclusive of leveraging CLARITY technology tool for project updates and financial monthly project forecasting
  • Developed and implemented a Benefit tracking and financial tracking mechanism to track cost, Risks & Issue management at the project execution level.
  • Implemented a document management framework- which controlled and captured meeting management items, while leveraging a repository built environment for presentation materials for the Executive Steering Committee all through technology, Microsoft SharePoint in our Document Repository Management System
  • Created an Analytics framework to provide comprehensive analysis, created metric based decisions, and actions for management reporting.
  • Resource planning and analysis, working closely with the Program Management team to create and adjust forecasting and staffing models to deliver the right people at the right time.
